Please consider improving things on the audience management and email side. Noticed we can't edit contacts within a list or create segments. Can't really claim to be a replacement for ConvertKit or Mailchimp without this.

For example, something as simple as someone forgetting to capitalize their first name, or if they accidentally add their full name. That comes out in the personalization of our emails, and could make a bad impression or look unprofessional.

Also, segmentation such as 'Previous customers' or 'Engaged readers' is an important feature here. This also goes hand in hand with this feature request for email automation and scheduling.
